Description:
RevitaVivante™ FES Cycling Series
The RevitaVivante™ FES Cycling Series combines functional electrical stimulation (FES) with cycling or elliptical training across six models for upper limb, lower limb, paediatric and bedside rehabilitation. Each model synchronises up to 8 FES channels with active and passive training for patients with stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy and other neurological conditions.
Also known as an FES bike or FES cycle ergometer, RevitaVivante™ is used in settings ranging from intensive care and haemodialysis units to rehabilitation, neurology, orthopaedic, paediatric and geriatric departments.

How It Works
The hands or feet are secured to the handles or pedals, and the device moves the limbs through a cycling or elliptical motion while multi-channel FES triggers muscle contractions timed to the movement. Training combines active and passive cycling, with sessions configured from a touchscreen tablet.
Key Features
✓ FES Independent Mode: Stimulation can also be delivered on its own, without cycling.
✓ Adjustable Resistance: Manual, automatic or combined resistance during FES training.
✓ Spasm Protection: Training slows to a stop if a spasm works against the motion.
✓ Fatigue Detection: Recognises fatigue during active training and adjusts support.
✓ Electrode Detachment Alert: Notifies the therapist if an electrode detaches during training.
✓ Medical-Grade Device: Class II medical device across the range.
