How It Works
GaitVivante™ combines a robotic orthosis, a motor-driven treadmill and an overhead body weight support system. The patient is secured in a harness and fitted to the orthosis, which moves the hip and knee joints in coordination with the treadmill. The therapist sets and adjusts training parameters from a control unit throughout the session.
